That looks a bit like Vaati, the end boss in Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. The winning technique involves splitting into multiple Links. Does this have anything to do with that game!?
No, this describes the defeat of Sauron, the main antagonist, in the movie (and book) The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. In it two hobbits – or halflings, half the size of a human – destroy the One Ring causing the collapse of the tower that houses Sauron’s fiery eye.
